The Lodge Dining Room
Dining in the historic Grand Canyon Lodge is truly a memorable experience. Regional as well as 1930's themed foods are featured throughout the menus. We take pride in utilizing only the freshest and healthiest ingredients. The "all natural" beef and poultry products are antibiotic and hormone free. Additionally, we offer organic products including delicious salad greens and pastas.
Breakfast and lunch a la carte menus are complemented by the Lodge buffet. The breakfast buffet provides a full assortment of hot and cold breakfast items for those who are on a tight time schedule or seeking a variety of early morning goodies. The lunch buffet offers a fresh salad bar and an assortment of pasta and sauces.
The Lodge dinner menu features a complementing wine menu including American- organic selections available by the glass. Our elegant cuisine offerings include hand-cut all natural USDA Choice Grade steaks, American buffalo, succulent roasted chicken, and a variety of other options guaranteed to satisfy your personal tastes.
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Dinner: 4:45 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.

Special Veranda Menu
The Grand Canyon Cookout Experience
(June 1st - September 30th)
The Grand Canyon Cookout Experience is an all-you-can-eat buffet with a live country-western show. Our entertainers, Woodie and Cleda Jane, sing songs, tell stories, tell jokes and occaisionally they will do a magic trick. On the menu is smoked beef brisket, roasted chicken, potatoes, beans, cornbread, salad, mac and cheese, vegetables, cole slaw, cucumber salad, vegetarian chili, watermelon, cookies, lemonade, ice tea and coffee.
Ride the Cookout Express steam train tram to the cookout tent departing the lodge nightly at 5:45pm. This event is a throwback to the days when people would take a train and then a bus to get to the North Rim. They were greeted with entertainment and a large meal, so we are keeping the tradition alive!

Children (6-15 years of age) - $14.95
No charge for children 5 years and under who are accompanied by one ticket-holding adult. Times may vary depending on daylight and weather. Please check with the front desk upon arrival.
Deli in the Pines
Whether your plans include exploring the canyon or relaxing in your room, The Deli in the Pines will not slow you down. Pre-made salads and sandwiches are available throughout the day as well as all the goodies you need to fill your backpack. From ice cream to pizza-by-the-slice, there's something for everyone who's on the go.
Sandwiches, whole pizzas, featured daily entrees, and our seating area make for a unique alternative to the Lodge dining room. For your convenience, all items served in the Deli are available for carry out. The Deli in the Pines is open daily, 10:30a.m. to 9:00 p.m. for lunch and dinner.
The Coffee Shop and the Roughrider Saloon
Start your day off right by joining us in the Coffee Shop from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Plan your exciting day over your favorite coffee beverage and one of our freshly baked breakfast breads. Daily baked offerings include assorted muffins, scones, and cinnamon rolls. Breakfast burritos are now available. What better way to charge your day than with a freshly brewed espresso, cappuccino, or coffee.
Stop in for a cold beverage and assorted snack options in the Roughrider Saloon daily from 11:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
